The same applies to information you send us directly by email. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where processing concerns steps prior to entering into a contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our interest in responding to business enquiries. The data is deleted once the enquiry has been conclusively handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
